110,000 sq. ft. facility on 44 acres
For well over 50 years Buchanan Hardwoods has been known for quality hardwood lumber around the United States and the world. In July of 1999 Buchanan Hardwoods completed the installation of a state of the art strip flooring line. This facility is brand new from the lumber yard to the strapping machines.
The flooring mill is located alongside one of Buchanan’s sawmills. And in 2012, to ensure the absolute best product for grade and match, we completed the installation of an osi fully automated chop saw, milling, grading line with scanning done by a criq-sage scanner.

Manufactured with machinery by OSI, Hasko and Wagner on two shifts, Buchanan's annual production is over 13 million square feet.
Buchanan currently has the most innovative and computerized strip flooring plant in the country, as well as owning abundant timberland to supply the sawmill with quality raw materials year round.
